Topsail Beach Service

Welcome to our beach equipment rental service! We are a locally owned business dedicated to providing you with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. From beach chairs to umbrellas, kayaks and wheelchairs, we've got you covered. Let us help you make the most of your time at Topsail Island!

Don't delay to book!  These items are in high demand every summer and we do often run out of inventory, especially during our peak season.  

 

We provide free delivery and pick on Topsail Island.  

Remember to check out the weather before you book!

We do not set up our equipment when we are under a Huricane or Tropical Storm Warning, Watch or Advisory. 

We will make the determination of whether it is safe to put our equipment on the beach.

Topsail Beach Service Terms of use

For pricing, details and payment please visit our rental rates page or click on the "Book Now" button.  We offer 6 day minimum rentals only for our beach chairs and umbrellas during peak season.  Peak season = Memorial Weekend to the end of Labor Day week.  

 

Our service package is above and beyond anything else you will find on Topsail Island and we do our best to have high quality equipment for you to use. Book today and let us help you relax and truly enjoy your beach vacation this year!  

NOTE 1

We do not set up our equipment when we are under a Hurricane or Tropical Storm Warning, Watch or Advisory.  We will make the determination of whether it is safe to put our equipment on the beach.  Chairs and Umbrellas purchased with the Set Up Service will be placed behind the high tide line for safety of both our guests and our equipment. 
 

NOTE 2

If you purchase the daily set up / take down service, please make sure that our workers have close, legal parking and access to the beach.  If there is no available access, they will set up at the closest Public Access to your vacation property. If your vacation property is in a gated community, please provide a gate access code with the address. 

NOTE 3

We do not provide our chairs and umbrellas at the St. Regis Resort in North Topsail Beach.  

NOTE 4

We do not rebate rental fees if we cannot or do not set up our chairs and umbrellas due to inclement weather, excessively high tides or winds.  Price breaks are automatically built into the multi day rental rates to offset any missed days.  

NOTE 5

The full retail sales price of any rented equipment will be charged in the event of rental equipment loss, destruction or damage that would make our equipment unusable for future rentals.

  • How does the set up service work?
    We will do our best to set up your chairs and umbrellas before 10 AM each morning of your reservation. Our team will begin collecting the equipment at 5pm each evening. Your exact set up / pick up time could vary depending on where you are located on the island. For the safety of beach goers, we do not open the umbrellas if they are unattended. If you are renting a beach front home, we will often leave the equipment on your deck or walkway each evening for the entirety of your stay. If your home does not have direct beach access, we will find the closest public beach access and add a name tag for you to easily identify your equipment. If you do not specify a beach access, our Delivery Drivers will choose the closest access to use, at their discretion.
  • How do I track my rental order?
    We will drop rental items off on the day you check in. Please email, call or text us using the contact information provided above if you would like to track your rental item.
  • How can I pay for my rental?
    The easiest way to pay and book your rental is through our online website. www.topsailbeachservice.com You can pay online with your credit card. Or you can call us. Credit and debit card payments is our prefered method for payment. We recommend you prebook at least one month in advance of your rental. We often rent all of our equipment especially during peek season.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    As a small, locally owned business, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. While we recognize that cancellations are often outside of your direct control, we adhere strictly to our policies. By booking with Topsail Beach Service, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with inclement weather, given that we provide outdoor-only services. To mitigate these risks, we strongly advise purchasing booking insurance for added peace of mind and protection. Please note that all cancellation requests must be sent to support@topsailbeachservice.com. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel any part of your reservation: Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more before the service start time will incur a 25% automatic cancellation/change fee with the remaining amount refunded. Requests for cancellations or date changes submitted 24 to 48 hours prior to the service start time will result in a credit that can be used for a future booking, valid for 1 year from the issue date. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the service start time are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or other circumstances. Full Refunds will only be considered if Topsail Island mandates evacuation due to an imminent named hurricane or storm. We recommend monitoring reputable weather apps for accurate forecast information, particularly the hourly forecast, to help determine the necessity of a cancellation request.
  • What is your return policy?
    Our goal is to provide an amazing rental experience for all of our customers. If you are not satisfied with any of our rentals, please contact us right away and we will replace your rental item.
  • Customer Service Policy?
    We take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please contact us if you have any concerns or issues with the equipment you have rented from us. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
  • What are your delivery options?
    We will drop off the rental equipment at your location during one of our delivery windows (morning or evening). When leaving, please leave the items in the same location they were dropped off. Alternatively, you may pick up or drop off your equipment at our shop located near the Surf City bridge.
